Depression is like that, feeling sad, down, lack of interest of daily works and could not fell any pleasure in any activities, those usually happed for every one and fix automatically after one or two days but this type of feelings exist for long time then it might be depression.

This therapy could be month long and few other factors are included with these sessions.

    Now a day there are very high performing medicine are available in market for antidepressant but those medicine are not suitable for children’s. Before having any kind of medicine must consult with your doctor. After starting any antidepressant, medicine should not stop without doctor’s advice although feeling improved.

    Physical Exercise and Yoga:

    Any kind of exercise especially yoga is good for get rid of depression. Everybody knows that, regular exercise increase positive feelings and improve metabolism, that’s why whose are exercise regularly they feel positive all time as well as their brain works better than those who are not exercise regularly.

    So, exercise regularly and it would be better if any depressed person start practicing yoga because it increased flexibility and maintaining a balanced metabolism.

    • Try to reduce any kind of stress.
    • Meditation.
    • Have balance Diet.
    • 7-8 hours’ Sleep.
    • Avoid drugs and reduce alcohol consumption.
    • Meet with friends regularly.
